  1. SOUND LIBRARY
  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement
  5. ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an
  6. individual or a single entity) and Maxim Novak (Author) for the
  7. software product identified above, which includes computer software
  8. and associated media and printed materials.
  9. By installing, copying, or otherwise
  10. using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms
  11. of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do
  12. not install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  14. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  15. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
  16. international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
  17. property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed,
  18. not sold.

  20. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following
  21. non-exclusive rights:

  23.     * Software Product. You may install and use the enclosed
  24.       SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computers.
  25.  
  26.     * Using sound samples. You may modify the sound samples 
  27.       You may also reproduce and distribute the sound samples
  28.       along with any modifications you make to the sound samples
  29.       or creation sound schemes that will contain the samples.

  31.     * Creating sound schemes. You may create sound schemes by
  32.       using Sound Scheme Builder and distribute the sound
  33.       schemes which were created.

  36. 2. COPYRIGHT. All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the
  37. SOUND LIBRARY and any copies owned by Author.

  40. 3. NO WARRANTIES. SOUND LIBRARY and any related documentation are
  41. provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or
  42. implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties
  43. of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The
  44. entire risk arising out of use or performance of SOUND LIBRARY
  45. remains with you.
