  1. More Space is designed to run in a Windows 95/98 and 
  2. NT environment.  It will scan your hard disk looking 
  3. for file duplicates, file hogs, directory hogs and 
  4. files based on a range of dates.  Files can be (1) deleted 
  5. immediately or (2) sent to the recycle bin or (3) zipped 
  6. up in a compressed zip file.

  8. Duplicates can be compared on a field by field basis using a
  9. split screen to help you identify which file you need to 
  10. delete.  Differences are highlighted and arrows point to the
  11. file with the most recent dates.

  13. More Space will automatically clean out your internet cache by
  14. clearing out those temporary files that have not been accessed
  15. in a number of days.

  17. To safeguard against possibly deleting system files, a list of 
  18. folders NOT TO DELETE is compiled by scanning the 
  19. Windows registry.  This way you are notified before 
  20. deleting a file or folder that it may be a useful file.

  22. Files that are deleted and then compressed can be stored on a
  23. file server over the network thus freeing your local hard drive.
  24. The compressed zip files are given special names and you are
  25. given an opportunity to add a comment for future 
  26. identification if you need to restore the deleted files.

  28. Included is a set of disk statistics which will give you information
  29. about the size of files, the types of files on your hard disk and the
  30. ages of your files.  Statistics are presented in a graphical 3D bar
  31. and pie chart format.

  33. An UNINSTALL program will clean up More Space if you 
  34. choose not to use the system.
