  12.  Update Installer -- AntiViral Toolkit Pro Update Installer for Windows 95/98/NT This is a special update application to install the latest virus databases and various fixes to AntiViral Toolkit Pro for Windows 95/98/NT version 3.0.129 and above. Updated September 22, 2000.  Only use this if you already have AntiViral Toolkit Pro installed.

  25. You can update AntiViral Toolkit Pro 3 different ways.

  27. 1. You can use the internal update feature of AntiViral Toolkit Pro to connect to avp.com and update the virus protection databases.

  29. 2. You can use the separate updater for Windows 95/98/NT systems. This utility is a self contained update application that includes the complete set of virus databases. Download this file from ftp://ftp.avp.com/pub/update32.exe  Once downloaded simply execute this program to install the virus database updates. You do not have to be connected to the internet to use this application.

  32. Step A. Open AntiViral Toolkit Pro Updater
  33. Step B. Choose update from the Internet and press "Setup"
  34. Step C. Change the update URL to: ftp://ftp.avp.com/pub/update
  35.        and press the "Ok" button. You do not need a User or Password.
  36. Step D. Once back at the AntiViral Toolkit Pro Updates main screen make
  37.        sure that you are updating from the Internet and the Download
  38.        Antivirus Databases and Patches is selected.
  39. Step E. Choose "Next" and "Next" again to start the download and update
  40.        process.
  41. Step F. Once the download are complete you'll see and "Finished"
