TimeTrap v3.0 is designed to make it easy to keep track of project time and expenses. TimeTrap runs as a small form on your desktop or as a system tray icon. You can Log in/out times by clicking a button. You can even configure TimeTrap to log you in on system startup and out on shutdown. Manually add/modify/delete time/expense records from the associated logs. Fully configurable with default client/project/job types, customizable billing increments, customizable reports, sorting, filtering and search functions and extensive online help. TimeTrap automatically calculates the hours worked from the in/out times based on your configuration settings and displays/prints total hours/expense amounts based on the current filter. You can export your time data to various file formats including MS Word & Excel or import data from other applications. v3.0 also includes an integrated to do list, multi-user support and auto-logging which allows you to log times simply by changing the client or project.
