  1. TRIAL VERSION LIMITED WARRANTY
  2. This software is provided for evaluation only, on an "As Is"
  3. basis. Alexsys Corporation disclaims all warranties relating
  4. to this software, whether expressed or implied, including but
  5. not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability
  6. or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Alexsys Corporation
  7. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production,
  8. or delivery of this software shall be liable for any indirect,
  9. consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or
  10. inability to use such software, even if Alexsys Corporation
  11. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.

  13. quality and performance of the software.

  16. REGISTERED PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
  17. Alexsys Corporation warrants to the original Licensee that the
  18. original CD-ROM is free from defects in material and workmanship
  19. under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) calendar
  20. days from purchase as evidenced by your original receipt or
  21. invoice.  If any defects are apparent, Alexsys Corporation will
  22. replace the defective CD-ROM, provided the disk is returned to
  23. Alexsys Corporation with a copy of your dated receipt or invoice.
  24. Alexsys Corporation shall not be liable to the Licensee or any
  25. other person for any special, consequential, indirect or other
  26. similar damages or claims including loss of profits or any other
  27. commercial damage caused or imagined to have been caused directly
  28. or indirectly by the use of the Software.  Alexsys Corporation
  29. specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied.
  30. Alexsys Corporation makes no representations or warranties with
  31. respect to merchantability or fitness of Software for any particular
  32.  purpose, business or application.  Implied warranties of
  33. merchantability are expressly and specifically disclaimed. In no
  34. event shall Alexsys Corporation have liability for damages to you
  35. or any other person exceed the price paid for the license to use
  36. the Software regardless of the form of any claim.
