  3. Alexsys Team(TM) 98 is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted
  4. by Alexsys Corporation.  This downloadable software and accompanying
  5. documentation are protected by United States copyright law and also by
  6. international treaty provisions.
  7.  
  8. Alexsys Corporation grants you a limited license to use this software for
  9. evaluation purposes until 100 work requests are recorded.  If you want to
  10. continue using this software after 100 work requests have been recorded,
  11. you MUST purchase licenses for all registered users and register your
  12. software with Alexsys Corporation.
  13.  
  14. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  15. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  16. provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  17. immediate and automatic termination of this license. All rights not
  18. expressly granted here are reserved to Alexsys Corporation.

  21. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  23. The trial version of Alexsys Team 98 (TM) can be distributed, completely
  24. unaltered, without further permission from Alexsys Corporation; for other
  25. cases or to distribute in modified form, you must consult Alexsys
  26. Corporation for.  Any distribution satisfying all the distribution
  27. requirements expressed herein is hereby authorized.

  29. Permission to distribute the Alexsys Team 98 (TM) package is not
  30. transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing
  31. to distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of this
  32. limited distribution license.

  34. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S.
  35. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package
  36. shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial
  37. computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in
  38. Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  39. 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/Manufacturer is Alexsys Corporation at 4
  40. Rodeo Circle, Billerica, MA 01821.

  43. you in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to
