  17. customisation tool, lets you customise the shell icons on 
  18. your system easily and quickly! E-Icons makes it a snap to 
  19. change any of the standard Windows 95/98 icons, these 
  20. include ones for the Desktop, Start Menu, Drives, Folders 
  21. and Files. It lets you also use icon themes so you
  22. can change all icons at once or create your own themes,
  23. and it gives you the great opportunty to assign an icon to
  24. any folder, any drive and any registered file type. If you
