  23.      of Amver data files properly.

  50.      not update the speed  properly.  Modified speeds were not being saved
  51.      or retrieved, WayPoint now saves modified speeds within the route.
  52.      The edit function still sets a "blanket" speed from the edit position
  53.      to the end of the waypoint list.  Speeds adjusted  prior to the edit
  54.      waypoint remain the same.

  57.      the same as well as not being earlier than the last update.

  65.    o Fixed a bug in the Reset Arrival function.  When resetting a
  66.      a passage with only a departure and arrival time (no updates),

  69.    o New installaion module recognizes existing registration when
  70.      upgrading.  If registered the installation bypasses the registration
  71.      process.

  73.    o Corrected and consolidated the File Save/Open routines.  WayPoint
  74.      catches any unsaved changes and keeps track until the file is closed
  75.      or saved.  Apparently when prompted to save and the File Save process
  76.      was cancelled, WayPoint reset without saving.

  91.    o Corrected an error in the Delete Waypoint procedure.  The program
  92.      crashed unexpectantly when deleting one waypoint from a two waypoint
  93.      listing.  A minimum of two waypoints are needed for the waypoint 
  94.      list.

  96.    o Corrected access to the Print Waypoint List when the Reset
  97.      commands for the Passage & Arrival time were used.  The functions
  98.      disabled access to printing unexpectantly during the process of
  99.      resetting.

  101.    o Made corrections in the Position Update routine,
  102.      1) Update calculations did not take into account an update
  103.         position in conflict with the arrival position.  WayPoint now
  104.         traps position updates with excessive times and distances.
  105.      2) WayPoint now checks for speeds falling outside the accepted range
  106.         of min & max values during the Position Update calculation.

  108.    o 15% discount is available for volume orders on quantities of
  109.      10 or more.

  111.    o Corrected a bug in the Arrival: End Voyage function that activated
  112.      the Arrival slip prematurely when the cancel button was used.

  117.    o Fixed a mouse freeze-up when using the main menu command for
  118.      printing waypoint lists (CTRL-W)

  120.    o Fixed the importing of Amver working files.  When importing,
  121.      the waypoint numbers did not load sequentially during conversion.

  123.    o Added a menu command to reset an arrival condition back to
  124.      an ETA condition without having to reset the entire voyage.
  125.      The <Reset Arrival> function is under the Edit menu command
  126.  
  127.    o Fixed a false activation of AMVER messages when departure was
  128.      canceled in a master sailing plan.

  130.    o Fixed date/time displays when using the waypoint arrival
  131.      function.  Due to the rounding of time functions, the display at 
  132.      times was (1) minute off.

  134.    o Date displays changed to a default of mm/dd/yy in the departure
  135.      and waypoint arrival modes.

  137.    o Changed the Daily Position Update dialog screen.  The calculated
  138.      DR position is not displayed until the position date/time is entered

  143.    o Replaced the original setup module with an updated one. 
  144.      The original module encountered installation errors when 
  145.      an earlier version of Threed.Vbx was found on the user's system.
  146.      This was a problem within Microsoft's original setup module
  147.      in recognizing a change between version 2 and 3 of Threed.vbx
  148.      This has been corrected with an updated release of setup.

  150.    o California tax rolled back to 7.00% to reflect changes in the
  151.      tax laws beginning 4/1/94

  153.    o Added additional toolbutton hint displays.  Messages now display
  154.      as the mouse moves over the buttons.  Also darkened the display
