  2.       Marnav 4.5 is shipped with the West Coast LORAN-C chain data.
  3.       Since you may not have any LORAN data for that area it is sug-
  4.       gested that LORAN delays in this area are on the order of
  5.       16045, 28570 and 43905. Entering data within reason of these
  6.       delays will let you try the program. Latitude/longitude data
  7.       typically centers around 42 degrees latitude and 120 degrees
  8.       longitude.

  10.       Almost any geographic data will result in LORAN delays even
  11.       though they may not even be in the 9940 service area. LORAN
  12.       delay enteries will not reach a solution if the numbers are
  13.       too far from the service area of the chain.
