Data Fellows' Name Changes to F-Secure Corporation
Data Fellows is a well-known company name in Finland, however the companyÆs F-Secure brand, is more acknowledged internationally. The companyÆs new name, F-Secure Corporation, is designed to better capture the key attributes of the companyÆs core business ûintegrated solutions for enterprise securityû and to further build up the current success of its F-Secure brand and products.
Virus Alert! Two new versions of NewApt worm in the wild
The new versions have different phone line strings enabling them to call different locations when the payload is activated. These versions try to ping-bomb a computer at Microsoft on the 2nd of February and deactivate themselves on 12th of July 2000.
