  1. LICENSE. A license permits you to use PR-Tracker on a computer
  2. network. The number of users authorized to use this product on the 
  3. computer network is shown above and is governed by the accompanying
  4. registration number and license code. Unless you have a site license,
  5. this license allows you to have one, and only one, copy of the PR-Tracker
  6. key file PRTRACK.KEY on the network, except that the file may be copied
  7. for archival or backup purposes. You may copy the program PRTRACK.EXE to
  8. as many computers as you like provided that only authorized users use the
  9. program. Note: This software is licensed to users, not to computers.
  10.  
  11. RESTRICTIONS. The users that are authorized to use PR-Tracker must be
  12. listed specifically in the User Setup dialog of PR-Tracker. You may not
  13. rent or lease PR-Tracker, but you may transfer the right to use PR-Tracker
  14. on a permanent basis provided you transfer the software and all written
  15. materials accompanying the software and retain no copies. Any transfer
  16. of software must include the most recent update and all prior versions.
  17. Site licenses are not transferable.
  18.  
  19. COPYRIGHT.  PR-Tracker is owned by Softwise and is protected United States
  20. copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
  21.  
  22. LIMITED WARRANTY. Softwise warrants that the media on which PR-Tracker is
  23. distributed will be without defect for a period of 90 days from the date
  24. of receipt. Softwise makes no representation or warranty regarding the
  25. results obtainable through use of this software.

  27. CUSTOMER REMEDIES.  SoftwiseÆs entire liability and your exclusive remedy
  28. shall be at SoftwiseÆs option, either (a) return of the price paid or 
  29. (b) replace the media on which PR-Tracker is distributed.

  31. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.  Softwise disclaims all other warranties, either
  32. express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
  33. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to 
  34. PR-Tracker, and its accompanying written materials.

  36. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Softwise or its
  37. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
  38. limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
  39. loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
  40. use of or inability to use PR-Tracker, even if Softwise has been advised
  41. of the possibility of such damages.

  43. This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
