  22. Note:  This is a basic screen saver which displays a star-filled
  23.     night, snow man, and falling snow.
  24.       It allows you to set password protection via the screen 
  25.     saver SETTINGS dialog in your windows Control Panel 
  26.     display options.

  29. This screen saver is basically free (for NON-commerical use).  
  30. Please register this screen saver if you plan to use it.  
  31. Registering will provide benefits to you and help me to
  32. develop more screen savers!  :)

  38. REQUIREMENTS:
  39. Disk space required after install is approx.  225 kb.

  43. Section B.  HOW TO INSTALL:
  44.  
  45. 1)..Unzip ZIP file (if you're here, you've already done this).
  46. 2)..Run the install.exe  (double-click it). This is self-
  47.     extracting installation program.
  48.  
  49. 3)..That's it!  
  50.     You're ready to set some options!
  51.     1)..For Win95, go to your Control Panel, select Display.
  52.     2)..Select the Screen Savers tab and select the 
  53.         "D2G snow screen saver".
  54.     3)..Click "settings".
  55.         You will now see pop-up windows allowing you
  56.         to set your password (if you want one).
  57.     4)..When you done, click "Apply"
  58.         and then "OK" to leave the Control Panel windows.
  59.     (You can change this setting at any time).

  86. Use of the Design2Graphics Screen Saver (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") is contingent
  87. on your agreement to the following terms:

  89. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
  90. Design2Graphics (hereinafter D2G) grants you a limited, non-exclusive 
  91. license to use the SOFTWARE free of charge if your use of the SOFTWARE is
  92. for non-commercial purposes.

  94. If you do not meet the requirements for free use of the SOFTWARE, you may use
  95. the SOFTWARE for up to thirty (30) days for the purpose of evaluating whether
  96. to purchase the registered version.

  98. 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  99. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM

  113. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.  D2G
  114. shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.

  117. This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
  118. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

  120. 5. MAINTENANCE
  121. D2G is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE.

  123. 6. DISTRIBUTION
  124. The SOFTWARE may be freely distributed provided that it is not modified and
  125. the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and provided
  126. that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary to cover costs
  127. of distribution media).  Should a fee be charged or any of the distribution
  128. package need to be modified you must contact D2G for explicit written permission.
