  1. Welcome to WordQuiz!

  3. WordQuiz is a powerful tool designed to help you to master 
  4. the vocabulary of a new language.
  5.  
  6. Use the program to build your own vocabulary documents and 
  7. then use the vocabularies to practice your language skills 
  8. in many different and challenging ways.

  13. This major upgrade brings many new features to WordQuiz:

  15. - Three practice modes, Study, Multiple Choice, and 
  16.   Question & Answer.

  18. - Change font of vocabulary document.

  24. - Improved help file in the new HtmlHelp format. Requires
  25.   Internet Explorer 3.02 or above to be installed on your
  26.   computer. IE does not have to be your default browser.

  44. With this upgrade the power of WordQuiz is further enhanced.

  46. - A new cool toolbar with all the important commands.

  51. - During the quiz you can now be given hints to the answer 
  52.   if you need a little help in the beginning.

  60. Important: If you have installed a previous version of WordQuiz
  61. it's recommended that you uninstall that version before installing
  62. the new one (see below about how to uninstall).

  64. Run the included Setup program. It will install WordQuiz in a 
  65. directory you specify, and add supporting files to the Windows 
  66. System directory.

  72. Go to Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs. Select WordQuiz 
  73. from the list and click the Add/remove... button.

  76. Shareware:

  79. WordQuiz is distributed as shareware. You can use the program for 
  80. evaluation purposes, but if you decide to keep it you have to pay 
  81. a registration fee.

  83. Before you register WordQuiz a reminder to do so will be shown from
  84. time to time. Otherwise the program is fully functional. After 
  85. you register the reminders will not be shown.

  123. This reflects the language of the program itself (menu names, etc.) 
  124. and does not limit your use of the program to practice any vocabulary.
