  12. This agreement is a legal contract that specifies the terms
  13. of the license and warranty limitation between you and
  14. Stephen Michael Schimpf for the CyberSky software and any
  15. related documentation. You should carefully read the
  16. following terms before using this software. Unless you have
  17. a different license agreement signed by Stephen Michael
  18. Schimpf, your use of this software indicates your
  19. acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

  26. CyberSky is owned by Stephen Michael Schimpf and is
  27. protected by United States copyright laws and international
  28. treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat CyberSky like
  29. any other copyrighted material. CyberSky is licensed, not
  30. sold. All rights to the CyberSky software and any related
  31. documentation not expressly granted under this agreement
  32. are reserved by Stephen Michael Schimpf.

  36. REGISTERED VERSION

  39. If you have purchased the registered version of CyberSky,
  40. Stephen Michael Schimpf hereby grants you the following
  41. non-exclusive license:

  43. You may use the registered version of CyberSky on one or
  44. more computers, provided the software is run on only one
  45. computer at any given time, or you have purchased licenses
  46. covering all computers that will run the software at the
  47. same time.

  49. You may use the output of the registered version of
  50. CyberSky for noncommercial purposes, in both electronic and
  51. physical publications, provided you credit CyberSky as the
  52. source. You are encouraged to provide a link to
  53. www.cybersky.com.

  55. You may make copies of the registered version of CyberSky
  56. for the sole purpose of backing up the software and
  57. protecting your investment from loss.

  61. SHAREWARE VERSION

  64. If you have obtained the shareware version of CyberSky,
  65. Stephen Michael Schimpf hereby grants you the following

  68. You may use the shareware version of CyberSky free of
  69. charge on up to 21 separate days for the sole purpose of
  70. evaluating the software. Use of the software beyond this
  71. evaluation period requires that you purchase the registered
  72. version of CyberSky.

  74. You may freely copy and redistribute the shareware version
  75. of CyberSky by electronic means and on physical media,
  76. provided it is distributed in its original, unmodified
  77. form, and that it is not sold for profit.
