  5. BEFORE YOU UNINSTALL, if you are having problems with Rc-MP3, please
  6.  eMail me and I'll work with you on the problem.  If you're not happy
  7.  with what Rc-MP3 does, eMail me and I'll see if I can remedy that too.

  9. You can use the link in your start button to uninstall Rc-MP3, or use
  10.  Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.  I still don't know how to
  11.  make the uninstall remove the Rc-MP3 directory from your Program Files
  12.  directory, so you would have to delete that on your own, but most the
  13.  files will be gone (there will be 2 or files in there that weigh a
  14.  whopping 84 to 101 bytes total).
