  5.     File Commander/W is shareware, NOT free software. You may use it for
  6. up to 30 days free of charge. If you wish to continue using the program after
  7. your trial period is over you must register. Registration costs just A$29 
  8. (~US$25). Credit cards are accepted to make foreign orders easier. For more
  9. details see "Registering" in the manual fcw.inf

  12. Installing File Commander/W
  13. ═══════════════════════════
  14.  
  15.   To install File Commander/W, you need to place the files:
  16.  
  17. fcw.exe
  18. fcw.bat
  19. fcw.hlp
  20. fcw.inf
  21. oview.exe
  22. ipf.dll
  23. libipfx.dll
  24. setup.exe
  25.  
  26. in a suitable directory and run SETUP. The SETUP program simply creates a folder
  27. on the desktop containing objects for the File Commander/W program, manual and
  28. Read.Me.
  29.  
  30.   If you want to be able to start FC/W from the command line, this directory 
  31. needs to be in your PATH. When you first use 'Save Setup' the file fcw.ini 
  32. will be written to the same directory. 
  33.  
  34.   If for some reason you change the name of the .exe file, you will also need
  35. to change the name of the .hlp and .ini files to match or they will not be
  36. found. The same applies to any .mnu file you create.

  38.   For full archive support you will also need to have these programs installed
  39. somewhere on you PATH:
