  1. NOTICE: By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are
  2. agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
  3. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement,
  4. promptly delete the SOFTWARE from your computer.
  5. This Agreement permits you to make and use copies of
  6. the Net Lizard for Law demonstration software program 
  7. (the"SOFTWARE") provided that each such copy is used
  8. only on a single computer. You must maintain all
  9. copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE. You
  10. may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may
  11. transfer the SOFTWARE on a permanent basis provided
  12. you retain no copies, include the most recent
  13. update and all prior versions of the SOFTWARE, and
  14. the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
  15. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
  16. disassemble the SOFTWARE.

  18. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
  19. ANY KIND. POINT SOFTWARE, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
  20. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
  21. TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
  22. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL POINT
  23. SOFTWARE, INC. OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
  24. DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  25. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
  26. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER
  27. PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
  28. TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF POINT SOFTWARE, INC. HAS
  29. BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  30. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR 
  31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR
  32. INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
  33. APPLY TO YOU.

  35. The SOFTWARE is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use,
  36. duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject
  37. to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii)
  38. of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  39. clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1)
  40. and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-
  41. -Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  46. of Florida.
