  1. INFORMATION ON LICENSING

  4. USE ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER
  5.  
  6. To use NET LIZARD FOR LAW products in a commercial,
  7. educational or governmental agency on more than one computer,
  8. it is necessary to purchase individual copies or a SITE 
  9. LICENSE.  The Site License allows the organization to use 
  10. the software package on up to the number of computers 
  11. licensed. Site License fees are based on the total number 
  12. of computers that will use the software package.  
  13. NOTE THAT THE SITE LICENSE INCLUDES ONE COPY OF THE SOFTWARE
  14. AND DOCUMENTATION.  The Site License allows you to copy it 
  15. for the number of machines licensed.  Distributing, 
  16. repackaging, or reselling of the software to third parties 
  17. is not allowed.  All licenses must be prepaid.

  19. FTP and BBS Sites
  20.  
  21. May distribute or hold the NET LIZARD FOR LAW
  22. (shareware version) for upload/download without fees.  
  23.  
  24. DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  25.  
  26. A Distribution License is required by an organization,
  27. company or government agency to distribute the NET LIZARD 
  28. FOR LAW programs to outside parties. The fees may be
  29. waived for Shareware vendors not selling in retail channels.
  30. To use NET LIZARD FOR LAW programs within your
  31. organization, company, educational or government agency,
  32. please see the Site License information.

  36. Distribution License to receive a quotation.  There is no
  37. obligation to complete and return the Application to
  38. receive a quotation.  You may fax or mail the completed
  39. Application.

  44. transferable.  All licenses must be prepaid.
