  1. The readme file information for this printer is now located in the HPR20R09.HLP file on disk 2. To run this file, do the following:

  4.  1. Insert disk 2 into your floppy drive.
  5.  2. In Windows Explorer, click on your floppy drive (A:\ or B:\).
  6.  3. Double-click on the HPR20R09.HLP file.

  8. Windows 3.x 
  9.  1. Insert disk 2 into your floppy drive.
  10.  2. In File Manager, click on your floppy drive (A:\ or B:\).
  11.  3. Go to the \Win3x directory and double-click on the HPR20R09.HLP file.

  13. The file contains information regarding:
  14.  - Printer Software Installation Problems
  15.  - Conflicts With Specific Software Programs
  16.  - Other Known Problems
  17.  - Network Problems and Troubleshooting

  20. The HPR20R09.HLP file is part of your printer's information system and should NOT be deleted.
