  4. >>  What NookNak does ...
  5. This allows the mouse to: activate your screen saver and deactivate it
  6. temporarily or long term, temporarily or permanently mute the PC and start your
  7. favorite program. It also allows muting when you activate your screen saver.
  8. Plus it can display time, day and date information on your current applicationÆs
  9. title bar.

  12. >>  Usage
  13. You select the corners of the screen you want to activate various features, and
  14. when the mouse is moved into that corner that feature activates. To find out
  15. more about a function or option of the program leave the mouse over the item and
  16. a help box will display any additional information available about the item
  17. (unless you have disabled "Show Hints").

  20. >>  Requirements
  21. Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0
  22. A sound card if you want to use the Audio Muting features.

  25. >>  Installation Notes
  26. If you are installing a new version of this software you need to uninstall the
  27. old version first, you may need to restart your computer to free all the files.
  28. To run NookNak automatically when you start Windows 95/95/NT a Short-Cut has
  29. been placed into your Startup Group. This is automatically removed if you
  30. uninstall NookNak. But if you don't want NookNak to start automatically you
  31. will need to remove this ShortCut from your Startup Group.

  34. >>  Trial Period
  35. The trial period is 30 days, after 20 days the program will not start minimized
  36. (you can minimize it manually).

  39. >>  Registration
  40. The registration fee is $US10 - please go to the online registration page for
  41. more information. Registered users will be given priority when asking for
  42. technical support.

  45. >>  Known Issues
  46. The displaying of information is not available on all programs all the time. If
  47. the information can not be displayed currently, the information will be
  48. displayed as soon as it is able to be.

  50. To prevent accidently starting many copies of your "FastStart Program" you have
  51. to wait 3 seconds between starting copies.

  53. Changing your Screen Saver while the Screen Saver is blocked unblocks it, you
  54. will need to re-block it if you want it blocked.

  56. Windows NT waits for the Screen Saver to be active for about 5 seconds before
  57. requiring a password to stop the Screen Saver, this is normal Windows NT
  58. operation.

  60. If the mouse is taken into a corner that has a program that has frozen then the
  61. mouse action in that corner will be slow.
