  68. This package contains the Stretch Break(TM) Version 2.7, by Para
  69. Technologies.  This document contains only a brief description of the
  70. package and its features.  Installation instructions and quite detailed
  71. documentation is included in the README.TXT file.

  73. If you want to be reminded periodically to take a rejuvenating stretch
  74. then this is the program for you. It ask your permission to show its
  75. animated stretches every 30 minutes (default). You select how many
  76. stretches to do (default is 3 stretches).
  77.  
  78. Includes ergonomic workstation setup guidelines.
  79.  
  80. This is an evaluation version, but it contains all the functions and all
  81. of the stretches that are in the regular version. You may use it for
  82. up to 10 days, without charge. If you like the program, and wish to
  83. continue its use after this evaluation period, you can immediately
  84. register the program by phone using your credit card. (see ORDERFRM.TXT
  85. for more details).
