  1. Welcome to the Card Games for OS/2, Version 3.0.3!

  3. This is the suite of 12 solitaire card games developed by Felix Maschek. 
  4.  
  5. This package of games is distributed identically as shareware or 
  6. as a commercial package. The only difference is that the commercial 
  7. package consists of the program and the license code, too.
  8. That means that if you like it and use it and have no license code, 
  9. you have an obligation to pay for it.
  10.  
  11. This program may distributed freely without any license code, but it
  12. is NOT public domain or freeware. You may NOT distribute this program
  13. in any commercial format without my express written permission.

  15. The purchaser agrees that the Card Games for OS/2 and accompanying 
  16. materials are the property of Felix Maschek.

  18. Felix Maschek makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, 
  19. with respect to the quality, performance, accuracy, or fitness of the 
  20. Card Games for OS/2 for any particular purpose. Felix Maschek assumes 
  21. no responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken on the part 
  22. of the purchaser because of the use of the Card Games for OS/2. In no 
  23. event shall Felix Maschek, or any of its representatives, be liable for 
  24. any loss of profit or any other damages, arising out of the use or 
  25. inability to use this product - even if Felix Maschek or an authorized 
  26. agent of such has been advised of the possibility of such damages - or

  32. If you have no license code, you have 30 days to test the games. If you 
  33. are using the games beyond the 30 day free trial period, you are required 
  34. to order the license code for your copy.

  36. When you order, you will receive a registration code which can be used 
  37. to personalize your copy. Once the license code has been entered, this 
  38. code will appear in the Product information dialog. You are not allowed 
  39. to give your license code or a copy of the licensed program to others.

  42. provided that neither text nor any other file is modified in any way. 
  43. No file may be omitted in the distribution.
