Select which layer you would like the newly-created 3D polygons to be put into. The original 3D polygons will remain unchanged in the active layer.

Enter a positive value here, in the same units used for horizontal measurements. Usually it should be no greater than the horizontal distance between the closest parts of two neighboring, curved 3D polygons, such as where contours represent a steep slope.
