  2. Canasta for Windows 95 and NT Information

  5. Canasta is a strategy cardgame for Windows 95 and
  6. Windows NT 4.0. 
  7. It is the computer version of the classic Canasta game
  8. played all over the world. Canasta is played with two 
  9. players - you can play against the machine or 
  10. against another person over a LAN or the Internet.
  11.  
  12. There are three skill levels, so you always have an 
  13. opponent that matches your skills.
  14. Get to know the game, it's great fun!

  16. The evaluation version of Canasta has full functionality
  17. and no timeout limit. You can try everything, so you 
  18. have the opportunity to try the game before registering. 
  19. The only limitation is that there are 25 different hands
  20. available. These hands are dealt in random order and you
  21. can play as long as you want. After 25 hands you will 
  22. notice that certain hands will start to reappear.
  23. When you decide you want access to the full game with 
  24. billions of different hands, you need to enter your 
  25. registration key. You only have to do that once; the 
  26. key will remain valid for future updates of Canasta.
  27. The price of Canasta is $19.95. Your key will remain valid
  28. for future updates of Canasta.

  33. The Setup program can install Canasta to any directory you
  34. select. If you already have an older version of Canasta, 
  35. you can change the default directory to your current 
  36. Canasta directory. You may also install version 4.1 in a 
  37. new directory; the old version will then be kept intact.
