  8. *** Installation ***

  10.     If you received this version of WinZip on a floppy disk please
  11.     follow the instructions on the disk label to install WinZip.
  12.  
  13.     If you received this version of WinZip in a self-extracting
  14.     ZIP file (for example, WINZIP95.EXE), you can install it as
  15.     follows:
  16.  
  17.     * On Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0:  select Run from the
  18.       Taskbar Start menu, type the full name of the file (for
  19.       example, C:\DNLOAD\WINZIP95.EXE), press the Enter key, and
  20.       follow the prompts.
  21.  
  22.     * On Windows 3.1 or Windows NT 3.51:  activate the Program
  23.       Manager, select Run from the File menu, type the full name
  24.       of the file (for example, C:\DNLOAD\WINZIP95.EXE), press the
  25.       Enter key, and follow the prompts.

  27.     If you received this version of WinZip in a ZIP file, first
  28.     extract the files to a blank floppy, then activate the Program
  29.     Manager, select Run from the File menu, type A:SETUP, press
  30.     the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

  32. *** Upgrade Instructions ***

  34.     Follow the installation instructions above.  You can install
  35.     this version of WinZip to the same location as a previously
  36.     installed copy of WinZip.

  40.     The Windows 3.1 version requires Windows 3.1 or Windows for
  41.     Workgroups.  The Win32 version requires Windows 95 or Windows
  42.     NT 3.51 or later.  Some optional features require external
  43.     programs.  See the documentation for details.

  58.     The online evaluation version of WinZip is distributed as a
  59.     Windows self-extracting archive.  You can use "WinZip
  60.     Self-Extractor", an optional add-on product, to create
  61.     self-extracting ZIP files.  You can download an evaluation
  62.     version of WinZip Self-Extractor from the WinZip home page
  63.     (www.winzip.com) or the GO WINZIP area on CompuServe.
