ISSUE:
This is a general patch file for the NetWare Web Server 2.51 (IntranetWare
release). It is recommended for all web servers running this version.
The following issues are corrected with this patch kit:
If the user running WEBMGR is authenticated to two different NDS trees, WEBMGR
will determine if the current default tree is the same as the web server's. If
not, the user will be prompted to change trees.
The web server will now allow more than 25 authorized users to be listed for
any directory.
The web server will now allow more than 25 authorized systems to be listed for
any directory.
Web Manager no longer "greys out" the Authorized users list for a directory
when a subdirectory has the "All valid users" box checked.
A homepage and a photo can now be added to other objects in addition to the a
user object.
A memory leak in PERL.NLM related to opening files has been fixed.
The 32 bit NetWare Admin utility (NWADMIN95.EXE) will now allow files with
the extension of ".html" to be selected as a homepage.
In WEBMGR, the separator line under the Edit/Copy menu option has been
removed.
Passing an extraordinarily long URL (over 400 characters) to the Web Server
will no longer cause an abend.
In Web Manager, when populating the "Authorized users" list for a directory,
users with the same username but different contexts can now be added.
Now, when authenticating from a browser to gain access to a restricted
directory as a user that is in a different context than the server, only the
username needs to be specified.
When the snap-in determines that the schema needs to be extended, the message
presented to the user will now display the tree name as well as prompt to
extend the schema.
In WEBMGR, both users and groups can now be added to the "Authorized users"
list.
The NDSOBJ.NLM no longer returns a -603 error when browsing an organizational
role in an NDS tree.
When using Perl globbing functions which launch the PERLGLOB.NLM, the
PERLGLOB.NLM will now automatically unload itself without requiring the
administrator to press a key at the server's console.
The HTTP.NLM will use more than one thread to handle concurrent requests.

Installation Instructions:
Verify that you have the latest version of the CLIB libraries for the NetWare
OS you are running. See the minimum patch list on http://support.novell.com to
determine what that patch file is.
Copy this patch file to a temporary directory on the file server and run it to
extract it's contents.
At the server's console: load INSTALL.NLM, select "Product options", select
"Install a product not listed", press <F3> and enter the path to the temporary
directory.
Follow the prompts presented by the installation program.
NOTE: This installation script is a simple 'batch' type script. It copies the
files provided in this patch, and that is all. It doesn't make backups of the
files it is replacing. Nor does it provide an uninstall to remove the patch
files (you can delete the entry in Install's product list, but that will not
back-off the patch modules). If you wish to make a backup of the patched
modules, please do so before running the installation program. If you wish to
back-off the patched modules, you can manually replace them with older versions
or you can re-install the original product.
