Audio CD Menu Options
A menu screen is provided when using the Audio CD player to access other
CD-Runner sections. To access, press the "Menu" button. The menu screen
displayed allows access to the About, Wave File Runner, CD Jacket, RD-Runner
and Help sections or if desired allows you to Exit CD-Runner entirely. If you
wish to return to the Audio CD player faceplate without selecting any of the
menu choices, simply click on the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the menu
screen.
Possible Menu Choices:
ABOUT
Allows access to the About section. The CD Player faceplate remains in the
background, and it will continue playing an Audio CD if one is currently
running. A variety of CD-Runner and system (computer) help files and general
information may be viewed here.
WAVE FILE RUNNER
Allows access to the Wave File Runner. As before, the CD Player faceplate
remains in the background, and it will continue playing an Audio CD if one is
currently running. If an Audio CD is running, then a Wave File will be
superimposed or played-over the Audio CD (you will hear both simultaneously).
If a wave file has been recorded at a sufficient level, it is possible to
playback a "voice" wave file (e.g. a verbal help message) and simultaneously
have music from an Audio CD playing in the background.
CD-JACKET
Allows access to the CD-Jacket section, used to setup the images used for the
default CD-Jacket display screen. You may further access the images section
from here if desired. A shortcut method which may be used to access the
CD-Jacket section is to click on the "Jacket" text in the CD Player Music
Calendar window.
RD-RUNNER
Allows access to the Removable Drive Runner section. This will stop the Audio
CD playback and close the Audio CD faceplate display, and display the
RD-Runner screen. Note that the RD-Runner "CD-ROM icon" used to access the
CD-ROM Runner section will change to an "Audio CD icon". Click this icon to
re-enter the Audio CD section if desired.
HELP
Allows access to the CD-Runner Help module. This command will bring up this
help topic since all help in CD-Runner is context-sensitive.
EXIT
Close all CD-Runner screens, timers, etc. and exit to Windows. This is
equivalent to using the Audio CD "Power" button or the CD-ROM/RD-Runner "Exit"
button. Note that if the global password option is being used, the user will be
prompted to enter the correct password before exit is allowed.
