Thank you for your interest in WinUpD8R!!
You will find this utility to be extremely helpful in keeping
your files up-to-date and your directories in "synch" across
your multiple computers.
Even on a single machine, WinUpD8R can be a very useful tool, as
you'll find out as you learn more about its various capabilities.
WinUpD8R can be anything from a simple "copy utility" to a
programmable maintenance engine. Since WinUpD8R works with
your valuable data files, PLEASE take the time to familiarize
yourself with its operation before attempting ambitious
operations on your computer!
WARNING!!! - WinUpD8R bases its decisions on the time/date stamp
of each file. This stamp is updated to the present date and time
each time a file is modified by an application. If the clock in
one of your computers is inoperative, the stamp used by this
computer will be incorrect. Do not use WinUpD8R or any similar
product on computers with inoperative clocks.
Because of the importance of this file information you should
immediately have any computer with this problem repaired by a
qualified computer repair shop.
Thank You,
Dick Bryant
