  5. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors 
  6. and Disk Vendors who wish to distribute the Build 'n Win 
  7. package, including an extract from the license agreement and 
  8. suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  12. The complete license agreement is contained in the file 
  13. LICENSE.TXT.

  15. The following paragraph is an extract from the license 
  16. agreement regarding the distribution of the Shareware version 
  17. of Build 'n Win:

  19.    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  20.    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from 
  21.    distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  22.    products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
  23. -> permission, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the 
  24. -> Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to
  25. -> redistribute Build 'n Win, subject to the conditions in this 
  26. -> license, without specific written permission.
