  6. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions 
  7. before using this software.  Use of this software indicates 
  8. your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If you do 
  9. not agree with them, do not use the software.

  11. Terms and Conditions for Unregistered Shareware Version

  13. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of 
  14. the software for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many 
  15. copies of the Shareware version of this software and 
  16. documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original 
  17. Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware 
  18. version of the software and documentation in its unmodified 
  19. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of 
  20. the above.

  22. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  23. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from 
  24. distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  25. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
  26. permission, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by 
  27. the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to 
  28. redistribute Build 'n Win, subject to the conditions in this 
  29. license, without specific written permission.

  36. One registered copy of Build 'n Win may be dedicated to a 
  37. single person who uses the software on one or more computers 
  38. or to a single workstation used by multiple people.

  42. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of 
  43. Ohio.

  45. Disclaimer of Warranty

  47. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" 
  48. and without warranties as to performance of merchantability 
  49. or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. 
  50. Because of the various hardware and software environments 
  51. into which Build 'n Win may be put, no warranty of fitness 
  52. for a particular purpose is offered.

  54. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be 
  55. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on 
  56. it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the 
  57. program. Any liability of the seller will be limited 
  58. exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase 
  59. price.
