  10. Sounddex Help is a hypertext document.  Some words are

  28. Sounddex is a fully-functional, shareware file organization program 
  29. which offers a central index to every Windows-compatible  
  30. sound data (.wav) file on a computer system.

  32. Sounddex keeps track of every file's location in the system with 
  33. a record of the 'path' or drive, directory and file information 
  34. of every file added to Sounddex.  A label and comments about 
  35. each file may also be included.

  37. Sounddex uses a Microsoft Access-compatible database to record 
  38. information about each file.  The database is contained in the 
  39. wavdata.mdb and wavdata.ldb files in the 'multidex' directory.

  41. Sounddex is shareware and may be freely distributed, provided all 
  42. the original files are included.

  51. handling.  The registration fee includes one copy of Multidex, 
  52. technical support and special offers on other Heavy Cat Multimedia

  56. If a printer is unavailable, a letter can be included in

  72. Sounddex is a demonstration version of Multidex, which is 
  73. an organizational program for all types of files, including 
  74. graphics (.bmp), text (.txt), sound (.wav), music (.mid), 
  75. and video (.avi).

  77. Each file in Multidex can include a label and comments, and Multidex 
  78. can also preview or display graphics and text files, play sound and 
  79. music files, and preview and play video files.
