  39.     This file contains the instructions for using CD Database
  40.     Manager program for EasyCD2.
  41.  
  42.     The CD Database Manager is an add-on program to EasyCD2
  43.     that allows you to view, edit, and export the CD entries
  44.     found in the EasyCD2 CD database.
  45.

  47. 1.2 - Important Notes For Previous Users
  48.  
  49.     To support the functions of the CD Database Manager, there
  50.     have been a couple of changes to EasyCD2 since version 2.1.
  51.  
  52.     The most important change is that EasyCD2 now stores the
  53.     CD's time information in the Registry along with the title
  54.     information.  Previous versions of EasyCD2 did NOT store
  55.     time information in the Registry.
  56.  
  57.     If the times are displayed as "0m 00s" and "0:00" in the
  58.     CD Database Manager for a particular CD, this means that
  59.     you have not played this CD using EasyCD2 v2.2.  Just exit
  60.     the CD Database Manager insert the CD in question and
  61.     after EasyCD2 starts to play the CD, just exit EasyCD2 and
  62.     restart the CD Database Manager.  The times should then
  63.     be displayed and available for export.

  65.     Registry entries are automatically updated with the time
  66.     information when you play each CD.

  70. 2 - CD Database Manager

  74. 2.1 - CD List Area
  75.  
  76.     The main display for the CD Database Manager is the list
  77.     of CD's that EasyCD2 has played and has title information
  78.     for.  The artist and title of the CD is display along
  79.     with the Windows ID for the CD.  Please note: The Windows
  80.     ID is NOT the same as the cddb ID.

  86.  
  87.     This options selects all CD entries listed.  This can be
  88.     used if you want to export the entire contents of the
  89.     EasyCD2 database.

  94.     Displays the Export Selected Entries dialog.  Please see
  95.     below for more information on the export function.

  113.     Select this to remove the selected titles from the
  114.     EasyCD2 database.  A confirmation dialog will be
  115.     displayed before the entries are deleted.

  120.     The only help available is really no help.  It's the
  121.     standard 'About' dialog for a Windows application.

  125. 3 - Export Selected Entries Dialog
  126.     ------------------------------

  128.     EasyCD2 exports the CD entries in it's database to TWO
  129.     comma delimited text files.  The file 'cdinfo.txt'
  130.     contains the CD ID, artist, title, and total runtime.
  131.     The file 'trackinfo.txt' contains the CD ID, track
  132.     titles, and lengths for all tracks.  An example of
  133.     the output is shown below.
