  4.                       CD-Runner« 5.0 System Requirements
  5.  
  6. CD-Runner 5.0 (32-bit) is compatible with Windows 95 and has been tested
  7. (but not guaranteed) to work on Windows NT 4.0. We recommend the 
  8. following as a nominal environment for using CD-Runner :
  9.  
  10. (Note: It is highly recommended that CD-Runner be installed on MMII-class
  11. [multimedia 2] PCs. This will render both the highest performance of
  12. CD-Runner, as well as current CD-ROM application discs.
  13.  
  14.    * Pentium class 90 MHz or better IBM-compatible computer. If you are
  15.      running a 486-series PC, it is recommended that you install the 16-bit
  16.      version rather than 32-bit.
  17.    * Windows Version 95 or later.
  18.    * Mouse.
  19.    * 16 MB RAM or greater for optimal multimedia performance. If you have
  20.      only 8 MB RAM, it is recommended that you install the 16-bit version
  21.      rather than 32-bit.
  22.    * One hard disk drive, one MCI-compatible IDE or SCSI CD-ROM drive.
  23.    * Sound card. Sound-Blaster compatible is recommended.
  24.    * Approximately 8 MB available hard disk space.
  25.    * MCI CD player compatible driver (MSCDEX.COM) and CD driver
  26.      (MCICDA.DRV) for CD Audio. These are automatically included in the
  27.      Windows 95 package, but may not be installed if you have overinstalled
  28.      Windows 95 as an upgrade to Windows 3.x.
