  15. 1.) From the PROGRAM MANAGER select FILE. Then select NEW.
  16. 2.) Select PROGRAM ITEM, then press OK.
  17. 3.) Press BROWSE. Then select the path to WINPARTY.EXE , then press
  18.     OK.
  19. 4.) Enter the following in the DESCRIPTION box. 
  20.         WINPARTY 1.01
