  16. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
  17. who wish to distribute the NuMorse 1.30 package, including an extract from
  18. the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  22. The complete license agreement is contained in the file LICENSE.TXT.

  24. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  25. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of NuMorse:
  26.  
  27. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  28. donations, for any copies of NuMorse, however made; and from
  29. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  30. (commercial or otherwise) without written permission from the
  31. author, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the
  32. Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to
  33. redistribute NuMorse, subject to the conditions in this license,
  34. without specific written permission from the author.

  63. Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or later. Does NOT require any VBRUN files. ZIPped
  64. files are about 900K. Some Borland redistributable files are included in the
  65. package. System files are in COMPRESSed form, the install program uncompresses
  66. and copies files to a user selected location. A program group is generated by
  67. the install program.

  69. Registration:  $29 or equivalent, a software key is available to registered users
  70. to remove the opening screen and allow operation at up to 48WPM. The fee is payable
  71. by cheque to the author at the address shown. Compuserve subscribers may use the
  72. online registration facility (GO SWREG); the registration ID for NuMorse is 1721.
