  8. Compuserve members can register by going to SWREG
  9. and entering the ID#8042 for DIALPRO.ZIP. See order
  10. form for additional instructions. Registration
  11. fee is $19 or $29 for individual users, depending 
  12. whether the bonus pack is ordered.

  14. Installation:
  15. ---------------
  16. To install DialerPro, unzip the 
  17. DIALPRO.ZIP file you downloaded.
  18. Then run the SETUP.EXE program. 
  19. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  20. This will load the program onto
  21. your system.

  23.  
  24. Description:
  25. ------------
  26. DialerPro is the easy way to dial your phone
  27. using your computer modem. Unlike other cumbersome
  28. address book/PIM programs that take up a lot of space,
  29. DialerPro is small and easy to use. Just input your
  30. commonly dialed names and numbers. When you are ready
  31. to dial, just double-click a name in the list or 
  32. select and hit the DIAL button, pick up the phone
  33. and then click OK or hit RETURN after the modem is
  34. finished dialing to release the modem. You can
  35. sort your list or arrange it in any order you choose.
  36. To configure, select the COM port that your 
  37. modem is connected to -- that's it, start dialing!
  38. Enter your numbers as you would dial them, for example
  39. 1-800-555-1212; this tells the computer to insert a 1
  40. before the number. If you need to dial 9 or something 
  41. to connect to an outside line, include that also.
  42. We recommend that you put it in your Startup folder so
  43. it is always running when you need it.

  46. Removing DialerPro:
  47. ===================
  48. To remove DialerPro from your system,
  49. delete the files in the directory where
  50. you installed it (default = GALTWARE).
  51. There are no other files that have been
  52. loaded onto your system.

  54. License:

  56. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE
  57. FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  59. This version of DialerPro is shareware. 
  60. You are granted a license to use DialerPro
  61. for a period of up to 30 days. After
  62. that time, you are required to purchase the
  63. product(s) through registration or else 
  64. discontinue its use.

  66. You are allowed to make copies of this 
  67. software and distribute it to your friends 
  68. and co-workers, on electronic bulletin
  69. boards, over networks, and so on, as long 
  70. as the product is not distributed for
  71. profit (handling fees up to $5.00 ok). 
  72. If you distribute this software, you agree 
  73. to distribute this installation executable 
  74. which contains the associated files together 
  75. as a group. You are not allowed to bundle 
  76. this software with other products without 
  77. prior written permission from Galt Technology.

  81. As licensee, you own the media upon which 
  82. the software is recorded or distributed and 
  83. are entitled to use the software, but Galt 
  84. Technology retains title and ownership of 
  85. the original software and all subsequent copies.

  87. any copy. You are not allowed to make any 
  88. modifications to, or to create derivative 
  89. works from any of the files that are used 
  90. in this software. This includes all the 
  91. executable, help, installation, and readme 
  92. files, as well as video files.
