  9. agreement signed by Nico Mak Computing, Inc., your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  11. warranty.

  14. Self-Extractor see the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

  16. Registered Version

  18.  Each registered copy of WinZip Self-Extractor may be used at a
  19.  single workstation to create an unlimited number of freely
  20.  distributable royalty-free self-extracting ZIP files, subject
  21.  to the following conditions:

  23.  * A separate registered copy of WinZip Self-Extractor must be
  24.    obtained for each workstation on which WinZip Self-Extractor
  25.    will be used to create self-extracting ZIP files, even if such
  26.    use is only temporary.  This is not a "concurrent use" license.

  28.  * Self-extracting ZIP files created by WinZip Self-Extractor
  29.    contain, among other things, a portion of WinZip Self-
  30.    Extractor, including copyrighted software, proprietary notices,
  31.    and identifying information (the "Extraction Software").  No
  32.    registered user, nor anyone else, may alter or modify the
  33.    Extraction Software.  You cannot give anyone else permission to
  34.    modify the Extraction Software.

  36. All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are
  37. reserved entirely to Nico Mak Computing, Inc.

  39. Governing Law

  41. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  42. Connecticut.

  44. Disclaimer of Warranty

  46. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  47. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  48. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  49. various hardware and software environments into which WinZip
  50. Self-Extractor may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
  51. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  Good data processing procedure
  52. dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical
  53. data before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk
  54. of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE
  55. LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE

  62. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use the
  63. evaluation version of WinZip Self-Extractor for evaluation purposes
  64. without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software
  65. after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee is required,
  66. as described in the WinZip Self-Extractor order form (order.txt).
  67. Under no circumstances are you licensed to distribute
  68. self-extracting ZIP files created by the evaluation version of
  69. WinZip Self-Extractor.  Unregistered use of WinZip Self-Extractor
  70. after the 21-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and
  71. international copyright laws.

  73. Distribution of WinZip Self-Extractor

  75. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation
  76. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  77. copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute
  78. the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  79. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  80. of the above.

  82. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  83. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  84. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
