  8.     Disk Haunting is Shareware. There are some types of Shareware's. Ours,
  9. can be used freely, without restriction of any kind, for the time you want,
  10. but has some clear limitations during its use, that you will soon realize. 
  11. Nevertheless, in no way this make you unable to test it or see its fully 
  12. functionality. So if you want to use Disk Haunting on your system, you will
  13. have to register. Your registration will license you to use your copy of Disk
  14. Haunting, will support work on future versions, new features, and bug fixes,
  15. and will provide you with technical support via Email, providing the serial ID
  16. you will receive after registering.

  21. Disk Haunting may be freely distributed subject to, but not limited to, the 
  22. following terms: Disk Haunting may not be sold or resold, distributed as a 
  23. part of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used or 
  24. distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to 
  25. support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being 
  26. distributed freely.

  28. If you would like to distribute Disk Haunting as part of a shareware 
  29. distribution, magazine, internet book, CD ROM, etc. contact Fierce Systems 
  30. for a written permission.

  32. The integrity of the original Disk Haunting distribution file as distributed 
  33. by Fierce Systems is primordial. Disk Haunting and all of its related files 
  34. must be distributed together in the original format. The Disk Haunting 
  35. distribution file may not have files added to it or removed from it, and none
  36. of its contents may be modified, decompiled, or reverse engineered.
