  64.   supports only Windows 95 or Windows NT. WebGraphics Optimizer
  65.   will not work on earlier versions of Windows like Windows 3.1.

  67.   To obtain a copy of WebGraphics Optimizer, download the packed
  68.   file (webopt10.zip) into a temporary directory and unzip it
  69.   using an unzip utility like WinZip.
