General Introduction to MediaBlaze 98!
--------------------------------------
Keeping track of multimedia files can be a total nightmare. It doesn't matter if you're a professional designer or just Joe Average with a collection of Pamela Lee pics, things get tossed all across your hard drive. Neat and orderly is usually not the word to describe it.
Anyway, things get worse. Not only is finding files a chore but viewing them can be even worse. If you want to see some images you'll need an image program, to listen to sound files you'll need another program, and to check out video clips yet another program is required.
MediaBlaze is like a swiss army knife when it comes to multimedia. Every file format you can think of, MediaBlaze can play for you. MediaBlaze lets you browse through you computer and instantly display any files
you want. It also uses tabbed dialogs to let you organize and categorize your multimedia files. Tabs for images, music, sound,MCI, and the MediaAgent tab let you access individual file types immediately.
Supported: JPEG,GIF,BMP,WMF,EMF,DIB,RLE,CUR,ICO,WAV,AU,MP2,MID,RMI,AVI & Any other MCI components such as MPEG,VideoDisc,PhotoCD with correct drivers installed.

FAQ & A
-------
Question : Why do all of the colors in MediaBlaze look odd or screwy?
Answer : The colors may look odd because you are not running windows in a
color mode greater than 256 colors such as 65,000 colors.
This happens because windows and the images you are trying to display are both trying to use more colors than your display adapter is currently being told to display. To solve this problem (and probably make your desktop look nicer in the process) change the color mode.
To change the color mode, right click on any free area of the windows desktop, and click properties. Go to the 'Settings' tab and change the color mode to either 15-bit/16-bit (HiColor) or 24-bit/32-bit (TrueColor).
