  1.        Welcome to xbill...     v2.16 for Wingdows
  2.        For more information about extension packs, read epack.txt

  4.        Ever  get the feeling that nothing is going right?  You're
  5.        a sysadmin, and someone's trying to destroy  your  comput-
  6.        ers.  The little people running around the screen are try-
  7.        ing to infect your computers with Wingdows [TM],  a  virus
  8.        cleverly  designed to resemble a popular operating system.
  9.        Your objective is to click the mouse on them, ending their
  10.        potential  threat.  If one of the people reaches a comput-
  11.        er, it will attempt to replace your operating system  with
  12.        the  virus it carries. It will then attempt to run off the
  13.        screen with your vital software.  The game ends when  only
  14.        0 or 1 of your computers is being productive.  Additional-
  15.        ly, some computers  are  connected  with  network  cables.
  16.        When  one  computer on a network becomes infected, a spark
  17.        will be sent down the cable, and will infect the  computer
  18.        on the other end when it reaches there.

  20.        Clicking the button on one of the little people will cause
  21.        it to cry out in pain and melt (id software eat your heart
  22.        out!), dropping the stolen os if it is carrying one.  If a
  23.        computer is running Wingdows or is temporarily off, the os
  24.        can  be  dragged back to the computer (or another computer
  25.        compatible with that os).  To extinguish a spark drag  the
  26.        bucket of water from the upper left corner onto it.

  28.        The status bar at the bottom tells the following:
  29.                Number of Bills on/off the screen
  30.                Number of Computers running their OS/off/Wingdows
  31.                Level
