  9.   WSVC is a Windows tool to make KISS data. This archive also contains
  10. example file on using WSVC to actually make KISS data.

  14. Requirements *****************************************************************
  15.     Hardware:
  16.         - 80386 or higher machine
  17.         - 4MB or more RAM memory
  18.     Software:
  19.         - Windows 3.1
  20.             - WKISS   Cloth changing doll program  (filename:WKISS062.LZH)
  21.         - Drawing tool capable of saving in BMP format

  46.   Extract WSCV011.LZH in its own sub-directory. If you wish to open KISS
  47. General specification help, download KSGSHLP.LZH and extract KISSGS18.HLP
  48. file in the same directory.

  50. How to Use WSVC *************************************************************
  51.   Please read WSVC.HLP file.
  52.   On example of making KISS data, extract KSMAKEW.LZH in it's own
  53. subdirectory and read the included README.TXT file.

  56.   WSVC may be freely distributed if the following conditions are obeyed:
  57.     1. If it is to be copied to another forum or to another distribution
  58.        channel, please contact the developer to let us know exactly
  59.        where it is to be copied.  We will need this information to
