  37.   If you installed UNLHA.DLL, there is no need to extract file. Just open
  38. the KSKURU_M.LZH file from WKISS. Otherwise, extractKSKURU_M.LZH in a
  39. directory (preferably in its own sub-directory).

  42.  Kururu KISS data may be freely distributed if the following conditions are
  43. obeyed: 
  44.     1. If it is to be copied to another forum or to another distribution
  45.        channel, please contact the developer to let us know exactly
  46.        where it is to be copied BEFORE it is uploaded.
  47.     2. This program can be distributed only in the original archived
  48.        KSKURU_M.LZH formatted file.  Do not change this file or any files
