  13.    The working sample implementation of the customizable WinU Logon 
  14.    component validl.dll (the logon validation engine used by the Logon 
  15.    Manager) can now handle an unlimited number of users. The previous 
  16.    sample implementation was limited to about 300 users.

  20.    Added options to more tightly control web browser monitoring, close 
  21.    browsers that are accessing the local file system, and allow Dial-Up 
  22.    Networking to continue running when changing desks.  Fixed conflict with 
  23.    certain antivirus and similar utilities that caused slowdowns and odd 
  24.    hangups.  Can log browser activity independent of other logging options.  
  25.    Added Diagnostic Snapshot Logging to aid in analysis of odd or erratic 
  26.    computer behavior.  Restarts itself on error within 90 seconds.  Better 
  27.    integration with Windows 98 (follow that beta).  Can run on diskless 
  28.    workstations.  Added quiet-mode install option for automated remote 
  29.    installations.  Better control of minimized windows, and which windows 
  30.    remain visible generally.  Coexists better with antivirus and other 
  31.    system-like applications.  Can list drives and network resources to hide 
  32.    in Explorer and Open/Save screens.

  90.    centrally managed password and timeout control, more detailed event 
  91.    logging, built-in usage reports and graphs.  Inactivity timout.  Cleaner 
  92.    tabbed-dialog interface.  Status bar.  More flexible visual interface 
  93.    options (wallpaper, button styles, show/hide the menu and status bar).  
  94.    Attach sound to WinU events.  New navigation elements: DeskLink, Exit, and 
  95.    Shutdown buttons.  Button options to AutoRun a program at desk logon, keep 
  96.    program running until desk logoff, and allow a program to continue to run 
  97.    after exiting from the desk it was started from.  Can now run Shortcuts, 
  98.    including shortcuts to printers, Dial-Up Networking, or other Win95 
  99.    components.  Ultra-robust Kiosk Mode for the most demanding public-access 
  100.    situations.  Built-in Explorer window for when you need access to the full 
  101.    computer (with password control of course).  Much better when tracking 
  102.    modem-using apps.  Blockout periods: times when nothing on that desk will 
  103.    run (for example "Every Tuesday 9 pm to 11 pm" or "Every weekday 7:30 pm to 
  104.    8:30 pm").  Can disable CD-ROM autorun.  QuickNotes, so you can attach a 
  105.    little message to a logfile record when exiting a program (perhaps for 
  106.    billing purposes).  And the proverbial Much More.
