  1.            WriteExpress Corporation Shareware Agreement

  3.      This is a legal agreement between you, the "end user," and
  4. WriteExpress Corporation ("WriteExpress").  Use of this
  5. WriteExpress software (the "SOFTWARE") indicates your acceptance
  6. of these terms.

  9. 1.   GRANT OF LICENSE. WriteExpress hereby grants you the right
  10. to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer.  The SOFTWARE is
  11. considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary
  12. memory or installed into permanent memory.

  14. 2.   PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. The SOFTWARE is owned exclusively by
  15. WriteExpress or its licensors, and this license does not transfer
  16. any ownership of the SOFTWARE to you.

  18. 3.   NON PERMITTED USES. You may not translate, reverse program,
  19. disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the
  20. SOFTWARE.

  22. 4.   NO WARRANTY.  THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED TO YOU "AS IS," AND
  23. WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
  24. BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
  25. A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  WRITEEXPRESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS
  26. SOFTWARE DOES NOT INFRINGE ANY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

  28. 5.  Limitation of Liability.  In no event shall WriteExpress's
  29. liability related to any of the SOFTWARE exceed the license fees,
  30. if any, actually paid by you for the SOFTWARE.  WriteExpress
  31. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or
  32. related to the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, including
  33. but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or
  34. consequential damages.
