  71. business contacts.  Address Database for Windows
  72. not only stores basic information like names and
  73. addresses, but also has room for unlimited
  74. notes such as birthday, anniversary, spouse's or
  75. childrens' names, etc.  It prints a variety of handy
  76. rosters, including a phone list, address book,
  77. compressed address book, address book with notes and
  78. envelopes.  You can also create and memorize
  79. custom reports by supplying the report name, the
  80. fields you wish to appear, the size of the fields,
  81. up to 3 sort sequences and whether to print report
  82. totals.  Reports may be previewed or printed on standard,
  83. Day Timer, Day Runner or any other sized paper.  In
  84. addition, it prints mailing and file-folder labels
  85. (supports any type of labels).  It has an automatic
  86. phone dialer and allows you to import or export

  117. INSTALLING ADDRESS DATABASE PROFESSIONAL

  119. Windows 3.x:
  120. 1.  Insert the Address Database Pro diskette into your A or B
  121.     drive.
  122. 2.  Go to a Dos Prompt and enter dir a:\*.* or b:\*.*,
  123.     depending on which drive the diskette is in.
  124. 3.  If the only file you see is ADBPRO43.ZIP, you must first
  125.     uncompress this file.  Otherwise, go to step 5.
  126. 4.  To uncompress ADBPRO43.ZIP, enter at the DOS Prompt,
  127.     a:\pkunzip ADBPRO43.ZIP (or b:\pkunzip ADBPRO43.ZIP)
  128. 5.  Now go into Windows.

  185. Address Database Professional is an extremely powerful
  186. electronic name and address book that is specifically
  187. designed to handle a large number of names and addresses.
  188. Address Database Professional is ideal for home or office
  189. use.  Since it is a Windows program, it is simple to use.

  194. * Store and print notes about each person in your address
  195.   book; If you have previously stored notes for a person,
  196.   the notes button contains the file name next to it to
  197.   alert you of the stored notes.

  200. * Undelete (restore) names previously deleted;  once you
  201.   are sure you will never need them, you may purge your
  202.   undeleted names.
