  5. You should carefully read the following terms and
  6. conditions before using this software. Your use of this
  7. software indicates your acceptance of this license
  8. agreement and warranty.

  10. * All copyrights to ActionOutline are exclusively owned
  11.   by Green Parrots Software.

  13. * You can use the trial version for evaluation purposes
  14.   during a test period of 30 days. To continue to use
  15.   ActionOutline following this test period or earlier,
  16.   you must register. Otherwise you must remove the
  17.   program from your computer.
  18.  
  19. * One registered copy of ActionOutline may be used by
  20.   one and only one of the following ways: 
  21.  
  22.   1) Personally by a single person, who uses the 
  23.      software on one or more computers.
  24.  
  25.   2) Installed on a single workstation used
  26.      nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

  28. * If you have obtained a SITE LICENSE covering all
  29.   workstations that will access ActionOutline through
  30.   the network, then any number of users at a single
  31.   location may access the registered version of
  32.   ActionOutline through a network.
  33.  
  34. * If you have obtained a CORPORATE LICENSE covering
  35.   all workstations that will access ActionOutline
  36.   through the network, then any number of users at
  37.   any number of locations may access the registered
  38.   version of ActionOutline through a network.

  40. * The sale of and/or distribution of registered copies
  41.   of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a
  42.   violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease,
  43.   borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of
  44.   Green Parrots' software products.

  46. * The trial version of ActionOutline may be freely
  47.   distributed, provided the distribution package is
  48.   not modified. No person or company may charge a fee
  49.   for the distribution of ActionOutline without
  50.   written permission from the copyright holder.

  52. * The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to
  53.   attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile
  54.   Green Parrots' software and products.
