  1. Panorama 32 is "unsupported freeware."

  3. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble

  5. restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software, or
  6. remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

  8. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the
  9. Software shall remain with Shaun Ivory. The Software is protected by the
  10. copyright laws of the United States and international copyright
  11. treaties.
