  2.                          SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. LICENSE:
  5. * This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal 
  6.   agreement between you, the end-user ("Licensee"), and HeadLight Software 
  7.   ("HeadLight").  By using this software or storing this program ("GetRight")
  8.   on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by 
  9.   the terms of this Agreement.  
  10.   If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you have registered 
  11.   this software, promptly return the software and the accompanying items 
  12.   (including any written materials), along with your receipt for a full refund; 
  13.   or delete the software from all storage media. 
  14.  
  15. * You may install this program to test and evaluate for 30 days; 
  16.   after that time you must either register this program or delete it from 
  17.   your computer hard drive.
  18.  
  19. * This software may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards,
  20.   or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their 
  21.   entirety.  This software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other 
  22.   physical media for a fee without the permission of HeadLight Software.

  24. * You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing
  25.   any messages or windows.  
  26.  
  27. * You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce 
  28.   this software to a human perceivable form.  You may not modify, rent or 
  29.   resell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon 
  30.   this software.  You may not publicize or distribute any registration code 
  31.   algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this software without 
  32.   permission of HeadLight Software.

  34. COPYRIGHT:
  35. * GetRight is Copyright HeadLight Software.  You must treat the Software like 
  36.   any other copyrighted material.

  39.   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS". ALL EXPRESS 
  40.   OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, 
  41.   INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
  42.   SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR 
  43.   NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT 
  44.   SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.

  46.   THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT TOLERANT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN
  47.   ANY ENVIRONMENT WHICH REQUIRES THIS, SUCH AS ON-LINE CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT.

  49.   TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEADLIGHT'S 
  50.   AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO LICENSEE OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR 
  51.   CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER FOR BREACH OR 
  52.   IN TORT, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY LICENSEE FOR 
  53.   SOFTWARE WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CLAIMS. IN NO 
  54.   EVENT WILL HEADLIGHT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, 
  55.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH OR 
  56.   ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, 
  57.   REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), 
  58.   HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OR IN TORT, EVEN IF 
  59.   HEADLIGHT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH 
  60.   DAMAGE. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES WILL BE LIMITED AND EXCLUDED, 
  61.   EVEN IF ANY EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT 
  62.   FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
