  4. Thanks. Keep in mind that:

  6. - Spammers steal at least $1000 from the net community every time they spam.

  9. - Theft doesn't scale.á The numbers show that any solution that legitimizes
  10. á opt out can't work.á (tagging, making forgery illegal, `remove lists'

  17. - Spam will always be junk because there is no financial incentive to
  18.   target. The whole point is big numbers, small response, others pay.
